Opportunities to Serve
First Sunday Food Drive - September 2nd
The next "First Sunday" food drive day, just bring a bag or two of non-perishable food items and put them in the large boxes in the foyer.
Every 1st Sunday is the day to bring in a bag of nonperishable food items for Caring Hands Food Pantry in Wildwood. Items often requested by clients are corn muffin mixes, grits, and peanut butter. If you would rather write a check instead of shoping, please make it out to "Caring Hands" and put it in the offering basket and we will be sure they get it. All food is distributed locally. Thank you for your generous support.

Prodigal Box
Many in the congregation have added names of their loved ones to the Prodigal Box in the foyer. Please remember to hold our prodigals up in prayer. Let’s Pray them back into the Kingdom.
Prayer/Card Ministry
Meetings in the Fellowship Center Wednesdays 8:30 to 10am.
The prayer/card ministry brings cheer to those who are ill, having a birthday, anniversary, surgery, or dealing with other issues by sending greeting cards and also gathering to pray for those on the prayer list. If you would like to be part of this vital ministry, please swing by the activities counter and put your name on the signup sheet. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Prayer Shawl Ministry

Meets the 4th Tuesday of the month at 10:30 in the NLCC Cafe. Prayer Shawls has two parts: creating the shawls, then delivering them. Those involved may choose to work in one part or in both. The Card ministry sends greeting cards to cheer those who are hurting. Together this ministry prays for those in need and anyone on the prayer list. If you like to knit or crochet, or would like to get involved, this ministry is for you.
