New Life Christian Church welcomes to our services, Stephanie Freed, founder and CEO of Rapha International, a ministry fighting human trafficking and the sexual exploitation of children.
The word “Rapha” is the Hebrew word for healing and that de-scribes one of the major aspects of Rapha International’s minis-try. Beginning with one aftercare program for underage female survivors of trafficking and sexual exploitation in Battambang, Cambodia, 15 years later, Rapha now serves child survivors with safe houses in Cambodia, Thailand, and Haiti.
Rapha is committed to excellence in what they do. The ministry not only demands quality programming and collaboration which has allowed Rapha to enjoy the cooperation and respect of the governments of the countries and cities in which they work.
Rapha International is committed to empowering girls who have faced extreme trauma to understand their great worth and value and ultimately live in sustainable freedom.
