New Prayer Request to the Congregation:
Bruce (Doc) Horton went to be with the Lord this morning, May 28th, 2025 at 5:20am. He was at Buffalo Crossing Rehab Center. His sons David and Steve, will be letting us know when we will have a celebration of life service here at New Life. Please pray for the family as they work out details for the days ahead. Doc loved the Lord, New Life, and Music. He is no longer in pain and is with the Lord. Please continue to keep Dorothy Burns in your prayers and thoughts. Chuck Costolo- Had a triple bypass on Tuesday, 5/27. He is now in the ICU and will be there for the next 2-4 days. He should not have any visitors during this time because of the machine that he’s on, and his immune system could be compromised, so let’s all honor his health and wait a few days before going to visit him. The best thing that we can all do is to pray for him and for him to have a speedy recovery. Catherine Daugherty-Please pray for her and that the doctors can find a cause and that she be healed. She is not allowing visitors at this time. Ralph Daer- His sister, Marie, with failing health, has passed away. Please pray for Marie's husband, Marvin, to make proper decisions and for peace within the family. Tom & Michelle Elliott - Our son, Nathan, is following false teaching, pray that his heart, eyes, and mind would be opened to God's truth. Gloria Farnstrom - My friend Joslyn has breast cancer and is having a complete mastectomy. John Hall - Steve Dutton, addictions / Eliza Cox, stroke / Kathy - Strength and endurance for mom's care. Richy Kammarada & Marney Wheatherly - Mary Bonisteel, battling cancer, it has returned. Pamela Keck - Pray that God will get Jeremiah transferred to Sumpter, his spirits are down as he misses his family so much. In God's time, continue to pray for my daughters and her son, Liam. Leslie Mahaffey - Mickey Mahaffey, Continued Prayers for answers, fast healing, and recovery. Al Myers - Joan had a stent placed yesterday to drain the leakage, not being picked up by the original drain. The pancreas was very thick, and they said it was difficult to sew. In addition, the leakage was collected in the void where part of the pancreas was removed. She is on two different antibiotics, and that has solved the problem. Please continue to pray for her complete recovery. Lynn Parsons - Lindsey's scans show that some of the cancer in her bones has died. Please continue to pray for her healing / My back is not entirely healed, please pray for complete healing. Debbi Ragsdale - Prayers for Dee Tolomei for her continued healing and recovery from the stroke she suffered last Sunday(5/11). Update as of 5/28; Dee has been moved to West Marion Rehab Hospital. She is beginning therapies and slowly improving. Debbi is requesting no visitors at this time, but we would welcome continued prayers for her. Specifically, please pray that she continues to gain strength and function on the left side, as well as the ability to follow simple commands. Jose & Terry Rodriguez - Please pray for my kids who are facing challenges after acceptance of Jesus as their Savior, may they be set free. Praises & Comments: Lynn Parsons - Lindsey's scans show that some of the cancer in her bones has died. My back has been improving.

Martha Bouk - My neighbor, Richard, has gone on Hospice for end-stage cardiac disease. We called the surgeon's office and they said take her to the emergency room in Orlando. After running tests they determined her pancreas was leaking and would require a procedure to correct the problem. They will be performing the procedure today and you prayers have done so much, but I am requesting you keep praying. Thank You.

Our hearts and prayers go out to Dorothy Burns and family for the Loss of Gene Burns Dee Tolomei was rushed to Ocala Hospital the morning of 5/11. She suffered a stroke and had to undergo critical surgery to remove a blood clot in her brain. Update from this morning, She had a massive stroke, but she survived surgery that removed a blood clot traveling to the brain. They have removed her from the vein, and now we are in the assessment period. She has been physically impacted on her left side significantly (for now), but she is responsive cognitively. Please keep her in your prayers asking for strength and courage for her, and wisdom for the medical team. We praise our Lord for His having her in the palm of His hand!" As of 5/14, we were told that she was starting to get feeling back on her left side. Praise God! Leslie Mahaffey - Mickey Mahaffey had a procedure done Friday for his bladder. They had to go to ER after church yesterday because of bleeding and pain. They sent him back to Shands to see a urologist surgeon. Prayers for answers and fast healing. Leslie has a pet scan yesterday, please pray that they find answers for her. As of 5/14, we have been told that Mickey has been released and is back home. Catherine Daugherty was hospitalized with abdominal pain. She is now back home and had an appointment with her oncologist to discuss their action plan going forward. Please continue to pray for her pain management and that she be healed. Just today 5/1/25 had a mammogram, her mother just had a heart attack. She is recovering well, thank Jesus...Corey is such a true noble man, never smoked, drank or curse, he's a true gentleman...He is a Christian and college professor in Edinboro PA.
