ON-CAMPUS OPPORTUNITIES (In-Person) *

Cafe: Prepare coffee, tea, water and condiments. Responsibilities also include cleaning coffee pots, coffee bar and table area. Communications: Help establish best practices for communication within church ministries and the community. Finance Team: Assist with the accounting of financial gifts to the church. Greeters: Greet guests and members with a smile, open doors and make everyone feel welome at either the 9:00 or 10:30 services. Music Ministry: Instrumentalist - Rehearse and play regularly in Sunday worship services. Needs include guitar. Music Ministry: Choir - Meets each Wednesday for rehearsal via Zoom. The only requirements are a love for singing and ability to carry a tune.

FROM HOME OPPORTUNITIES: *

Calling Team: Make weekly phone calls to attenders and members of NLCC. Care Team: Make personal visit to shut-ins of the church. Care Packages Team: Make care packages for others from NLCC. Friendship Team: Provide friendship outreach and support to members who are limited in activities, such as attending church, socializing, shopping, minor home needs. Hands Helping Hands: Make fidget blankets, surgical masks, clothing protectors. Prayer Shawl: Shawl makers begin with prayer and blessings for the recipient which are continued through the creation of the shawl. Upon completion, a final blessing is offered for the recipient before the shawl is sent out.
